The agreement between you and RSK Group LLC (Vital Years+) when you use this site or buy from us.

Who can order

You must be 18 or older and located in a country we ship to. By ordering, you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We may change prices, but never for an order already placed and never for a subscription without 30 days' emailed notice. If a price is obviously wrong, we'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save ships one pouch every month, a 3-pouch bundle every 3 months or a 5-pouch bundle every 5 months. You can also buy once, without a subscription. Subscribers pay a lower price than a one-time purchase on every delivery. We charge the card on file on each renewal date. Skip, pause, change the date or cancel anytime under My subscription in your account, or by replying to any of our emails. Cancellations take effect immediately for any shipment not yet charged.

Reviews and content you send us

When you submit a review, photo or story, you give us a non-exclusive licence to display it on our site and marketing, with your first name, last initial, age and city. You can withdraw it anytime by email and we'll remove it within 7 days. Don't send anything you don't own or that isn't true.

Our content

The Vital Years+ name, the Ceylance name, our logo, packaging design, photos and copy belong to us. You're welcome to share and link; please don't copy them to sell something else.

Health disclaimer and liability

Ceylance is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use if you take glucose-lowering or blood-thinning medication, have a liver condition, or are pregnant, nursing or scheduled for surgery. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

Disputes

Email us first; nearly everything gets solved in one reply. If it doesn't, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes go to the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming, unless you prefer small-claims court where you live.

Changes

When we update these terms we'll change the date at the top and, for anything material, email subscribers 30 days ahead. Continued use after that means you accept the new version.
