Give it 60 days. If your afternoons aren't different, we refund every cent. Nothing to ship back, no forms, no questions.

What's covered

Your first order, whether that's one pouch or a bundle. The guarantee covers the full product price you paid.

How to claim

1. Email support@vitalyearsplus.com with your order number any time within 60 days of the delivery date shown in tracking.
2. Tell us it didn't work for you. That's it.
3. We refund your original payment method within 2 business days and cancel any active subscription. Keep the pouch or pass it on.

Unopened pouches

Unopened pouches can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund; we'll email a prepaid label. Refunds land on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or lost in transit

If tracking shows delivered but there's no package, wait 24 hours, check with neighbors, then email us and we'll reship at no cost. If a pouch arrives torn, crushed or with a broken seal, send a photo and we'll ship a replacement the same day. Keep or toss the damaged one.

Fair use

One guarantee claim per household. It applies to your first order only; later subscription shipments can be cancelled anytime but aren't refundable once shipped. We reserve the right to decline claims that look like abuse.
